BRICKBOX DIGITAL MEDIA have purchased International Digital Management (IDM)
BRICKBOX DIGITAL MEDIA, Prague’s principle digital media group, have purchased a significant stake in LA and Sofia based International Digital Management (IDM). IDM’s tenyear history supplying digital services to the Studios compliments BRICKBOX DIGITAL MEDIA’S leading position as aprovider of services to the Independent film, music and publishing sector.
BRICKBOX DIGITAL MEDIA has itscentral production facility in Prague also with offices in the United Kingdom, Poland,Slovakia and Hungary.
Whilst both companies will continue to operate under their existing structures, many elements ofthe supply chain services will benefit from their joint collaborations. The combined entities will havea presence in seven territories making it one of Europe’s largest groups in this sector.IDM’s Sofia GM Mihail Markov welcomes the BRICKBOX DIGITAL MEDIA move: “Co‐developing key digitaltechnologies and enhanced client servicing will deliver greater efficiencies which we can pass ontoour clients.”
BRICKBOX DIGITAL MEDIA have recently also purchased Hungary’s authoring outfit Media Vision and are clearlyseeking a greater global presence. IDM’s LA office opened in 2009 to bridge production aspects that should be undertaken in USA with the onward cost efficiency savings of its East European facility.
The group’s key goal is to provide a first class digital end to end supply chain service projectmanaged through a network of experienced local offices.
